A menu of 8 dishes celebrating seasonal ingredients from March to June.We even change the ingredients for our fried dishes according to the season, using ostrich fern and angelica tree sprouts in spring, and baby corn in early summer.A wide variety of exquisite dishes that evoke the four seasons of Japan are available, including Oshu Iwai chicken and bamboo shoot rice.Enjoy seasonal delicacies to your heart's content with a glass of draft beer in hand.
